Head Office and is accessible by all outside phone lines. This innovative, automated visitor registration system can hold an unlimited number of entries, including an option of pass-code protection to ensure only your tenants and visitors are registering their vehicles in the assigned mailbox. Monthly activity reports are supplied to each client and contain all of the vehicles that have registered throughout the designated time frame. This feature is designed to allow property management information on which tenants and their visitors are abusing the system.
