Special Security Services Group Inc communications and dispatch center is staffed twenty-four (24) hours daily by professionally trained communications personnel. Each individual dispatcher is trained and experienced on taking incoming calls for service from our clients and customers, properly documenting and taking affirmative action to dispatch the appropriate responding security officer or Police to the incident.
All officers who are dispatched to a client or customer property to investigate an incident is properly noted and logged in our data base computer system.
